I can’t believe I’m saying this, but my wisdom teeth extraction was actually a wonderful experience. I don't know many people who have had a journey as seamless as mine! From the moment I walked in on Friday morning, the staff was incredible—they had me laughing, kept me comfortable, and provided top-tier care from start to finish. I am now on day four and have had zero pain and zero swelling. I feel so incredibly lucky to have been in the hands of such a talented, kind, and professional team. It had been years since I’d been to the dentist because of past bad experiences, but this place completely changed that for me. The staff made me feel comfortable right away, they explained everything thoroughly, and best of all my teeth feel great. Highly recommend if you’ve been putting off going to the dentist like I was!

I absolutely love this dental office all the way down to the receptionist. Alexander was helpful informative patient and great at helping me schedule my appointment. My DA Ray she was attentive pleasant and explained my care throughly. Dr. Tran is a wizard!! No pain great bed side manner I mean I couldnt ask for more, he explains the care and condition of your oral health as well as putting a smile on your face. Plus!!! they are willing to work with you in different payment arrangements/ options mind you I had two extractions done last minute so the team came through I was in and out within a hour and a half

Never thought I say this but for the first time, I don’t mind going to the dentist. The entire staff front the front desk to the back is super friendly and warm with great attention to detail. Procedures you’d dread are performed with ease and comfort. Such cool & state of the art machinery to deliver services quickly on site! I love Floss Dental Midtown! I was referred, needed plenty of work done and each visit has been pleasant & painless.

Is GBT more effective than traditional teeth cleaning methods?

Yes, GBT is considered more effective because it targets the biofilm directly, which is a primary cause of gum disease and cavities. Traditional cleanings may miss some of the deeper bacterial layers, while GBT removes them thoroughly with minimal discomfort.

We accept PPO dental coverage from leading insurance providers including Aetna, Ameritas, Assurant, BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, Delta Dental, Dental Network of America, Dental Select, DenteMax, GEHA, Guardian, Humana, MetLife, Principal, United Concordia, UnitedHealthcare.

How much of the cost will be covered by my insurance?

Coverage varies based on your plan, treatment type, and network provider. We will verify what’s covered by your insurance 24-48 hours before your scheduled appointment, and can assist with filing claims to ensure you get the maximum benefits.

How far in advance should I book my appointment?

It’s best to book as early as possible, especially if you prefer a specific time or date. For regular cleanings, booking 4-6 weeks in advance is usually sufficient, but for specialty treatments or during busy periods, booking a couple of months ahead is recommended. Give us a call and we’ll check our availability!

What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Most dental offices have a cancellation or rescheduling policy, which may require 48 hours notice. If you cancel too late, you may be charged a fee. It’s important to call as soon as possible to avoid any penalties.
