It provides discounts on dental services at FLOSS Dental of Midtown/Tomball/ Magnolia only. Members pay the full discounted fee at the time of service. Dental implants and full-arch restoration are excluded. Fees are subject to change. Membership is non-transferable and cannot be combined with dental insurance or other discount programs.
